Delivery terms and condition
MyBassinet.com offers free standart shipping for all orders! We aim to delight our customers by delivering our orders in the quickest possible time. It takes 2-3 business days to complete your order and to ship it. Delivery time varies depending on your location and other factors. Within 5-30 days you will have your package delivered at home to you.
Things do happen that are outside of our control, so please always allow up to 5-20 working days for your delivery to reach you. Kindly allow more time for these items to reach you.
Delivery hours are between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
We ship to most countries around the world from our workshop in Baku (Azerbaijan). Although we may not be able to ship to e select few due to logistical reasons.
We offer Free Worldwide Standart Shipping for all orders! We ship within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will get your tracking code and in 5-30 days you will have your package at home. You can track your order from:

It takes 1-2 working days for the tracking number to be updated in tracking websites once your order has been dispatched.
We pay customs here in origin and mark the parcel as gift, in order to avoid in 99% of the cases taxes at destiny. There are a few exceptions in which this might happen, please once shipped check the tracking number daily to make sure your parcel is not blocked at your customs, and in case it is, please go forward with the payment so that they parcel is not returned, then we will compensate that with credit on our website, do not worry.

If you’d like a different size or another style, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of your order #XXXXX to notify us of your request. We will get back to you within 48 hours. We kindly ask you to DO NOT proceed with a return without reading the policy first.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
Custom designs or specific colour choices cannot be returned.
Products that have been Made To Order cannot be returned. (non-stock items).
You will be liable for the full transport costs (round trip – outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this may differ from your original invoice as we offer free shipping on completed sales and sometimes subsidise, discount or absorb additional costs.
Please report any shortages or damages within 24 hours from the time of receiving your merchandise in writing via e-mail. Please explain the problem or defect and include any photographs if possible so that we may best assist you. It may be that only a replacement part is required instead of shipping the complete product back to us, which will be issued at our own discretion.
Any returned items must be in the original condition with packaging and literature intact or in suitable similar packaging. Please e-mail us first to obtain your return authorisation number, should you wish to return goods with defects or that have been damaged in transit.
Replacements can only be made once we have determined that there was a manufacturer defect or damage caused during transit. Items that are received with shipping damage will be replaced with the same or similar item at no charge, subject to stock availability.
If it is subsequently found that the returned merchandise is not defective or damaged, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In below situations only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-Any item with obvious signs of use.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: H.Seyidzadeh 20A, Baku, BA, AZ1102, Azerbaijan.
Right to Cancel
If you decide to cancel your order and ask for a refund, it is important to know that if you cancel after 48 hours from the moment you had placed your order, we are going to charge 20% out of the total order value to cover processing costs.
Goods which are custom-made to-order cannot be cancelled after having been delivered to you.

As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. If your order has already been despatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Due to the fact that the material we use for manufacturing is natural, color and texture may vary in comparison to the pictures. Please keep in mind that this is not a mistake, it is the compromise of creating handmade products that depend on natural materials.
